Hoppipolla (호피폴라) is a four-member boy band under Moss Music and Dreamus. The band formed in JTBC survival show Superband in 2019 and the winner of the show. Their band name, which means “jumping into puddles” in Icelandic, is about “Hoping people around the world can immerse in their music and feel bliss by getting solace”. The band consists of two vocalists, a cellist and a guitarist: I’ll, Ha Hyun-sang, Hong Jin-ho and Kim Young-so respectively. They debuted on July 12, 2019 and released their first single “About Time” on November 16, 2019.
2020:
– The band released their first mini-album “Spring to Spring” on April 22, 2020, with “Enough” serving as the title track.
2021:
– On January 20, 2021, the band will make a comeback with the second mini-album “And Then There Was Us” and 너의 바다 serving as a lead single.
